I was out cycling last weekend, and I’d come down the track along the Huron River, through Gallup Park and was on the bridge on E Huron River Dr when I saw these 3 geese sitting on a log. I had my camera with me. I started photographing from a number of positions along the bridge. Finally I looked at the LCD to check how things are going. »

This weekend I was trying to take a longer bike ride, while still staying close to town. At one point I was out at the Broadway Bridge, and I went down to the river. I was at the point where last year I saw the kayaks going under the path from the Argo spillway and into the Huron River, below the Argo Dam. »
Of course, my hand didn’t really freeze, but it hurt enough, when I took my glove off to fix a problem with a lens, that I decided I’d done enough photographing for this outing. Probably not such a great idea »
