Missing the hoar frost
This morning we had an appointment with Jill’s surgeon. Just a follow-up to confirm everything was going OK.
This morning we woke to, what I think I would describe as, a hoar frost, in effect; light rain, freezing rain, light snow, we had it all, but only lightly, and it was very cold. The trees were coated with white hair.
Driving to the hospital, I saw so many great looking photo opportunities. We had an appointment to get to. It was a nice sunny day.
By the time we came back, it had all gone; apart from the sun, still a nice day.
I don’t think I’ve seen it like that around here before.
I didn’t have a camera with me anyway.
